Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders of 12 packs or more

• Flat $15 shipping fee on all orders below 12 pack

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from our facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For the most up-to-date status, we encourage you to use your tracking number directly with the carrier - it's always more current than email updates.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier transit times.
On average, 90% of our customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Remote and PO Box Delivery

Some remote postal codes (rural, northern, or PO Box-only delivery) may incur an additional shipping fee or require a residential street address. If your order is affected, we'll contact you within 1–2 business days before processing to discuss options or provide a refund if you prefer not to proceed.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other carrier-related issues.

If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Undeliverable or Rejected Orders

Orders that are refused, rejected, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund, as shipping services have already been rendered.
